Traffic Stop on Katy Tollway Leads to DWI Arrest
PRECINCT 5 IN ACTION: DWI Arrest On Katy Tollway
On August 8, 2025, Toll Road Deputies with Constable Terry Allbritton’s Office conducted a traffic stop on the Katy Tollway at Mason Rd. for Fail to Drive in a Single lane, drove on the shoulder, and Fail to Signal lane change. The male driver displayed multiple signs of impairment. After a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered, he was arrested for Driving while Intoxicated.
