Last Sunday, June 28, 2026, we had a huge drone fly over our backyard and hover there for a while. Then I ran into my house to see which direction it was going to go next. Its box was about three feet wide and had blue lights. I called the police, and they said there was nothing they could do. But he didn't know about the laws on invasion of privacy and harassment, and the FAA wants the police to report to them! Anyone having encounters with drones???

This is scary and I would think that it would be considered invasion of privacy.

Maybe a drone that is used by Insurance Companies, Realtors, Police, etc.??? We have never seen a drone that large nearby us. Strange that it hovered over your yard.
