I know there are so many Chiropractors here in Katy, but can anyone send a recommendation. I believe I did not sleep on my pillow correctly and my neck is so stiff. Maybe this is not what I need but I would like to get some relief.

I have slept wrong before and my neck would be stiff for a day or two. I just put an ice pack/heating pad on my neck. And, yes, it is very painful if you turn your head. I never thought about going to a Chiropractor.

Because of work schedule I never got to go to the chiropractor. But I might still go to go a good crack at my joints. my neck has gotten so much better. I did apply heat/cold and I found a magnesium roll on that I can apply. I switched pillows as well.
