Katy has sworn in a new mayor -- Bill Hastings!
"The City of Katy welcomes our new Mayor, Bill Hastings. We also welcome new Council Member, Jenifer Stockdick and welcome back Council Member Frank Carroll. We would also like to thank former Council Member Jimmy Mendez for his time on Council. Lastly, thank you to our former Mayor, Chuck Brawner, for his years of service with the City of Katy. We wish everyone well on their endeavors, and look forward to coming together for the continued success of our great City!"
