Katy ISD Police Department is Now Hiring!
The Katy ISD Police Department is excited to announce that they will begin to sponsor Police Officer Candidates to obtain their Texas Basic Peace Officer Certification (BPOC). Essentially this means the District will pay for the major costs (Tuition, Uniforms, and other essential items) for the candidate to complete their BPOC training program.
And while you are a sponsored Police Officer Candidate, you will also be an employee of the Katy ISD PD with a job classification as a Police Cadet. Upon completion of the BPOC and meeting department requirements, candidates will be classified as Katy ISD Police Officers.
