Cat's MeowA West Harris County woman was surprised to hear a kitten meowing under her hood as she returned from a trip to the grocery store more than two miles from her home. She was unable to locate the kitten under her car's hood, despite its persistent cries for help.Precinct 5 Deputy Anh Phan came to the rescue, locating the kitten and coaxing it to safety. Fortunately, the scared little one was unharmed.
