Arrest Made: Man with Felony Warrants Nabbed After Foot ChaseBack To Jail Again And Again And AgainConstable Ted Heap's Strategic Response Unit arrested a man wanted for multiple felony warrants last week in Northwest Houston. Ralph Alexander Waites, 31, had felony warrants for his arrest on charges of making a terroristic threat, violating a protective order and a bond violation. Waites was spotted by deputies in the 9500 block of Clay Rd. on Wednesday, Sept. 6th. As deputies attempted to arrest him, he fled. After a short foot chase, Waites was taken into custody without further incident.In addition to the warrants for his arrest, Waites now faces new charges of evading arrest.
