Arrest Made: Man with Felony Warrants Nabbed After Foot Chase
Back To Jail Again And Again And Again
Constable Ted Heap's Strategic Response Unit arrested a man wanted for multiple felony warrants last week in Northwest Houston.
Ralph Alexander Waites, 31, had felony warrants for his arrest on charges of making a terroristic threat, violating a protective order and a bond violation. Waites was spotted by deputies in the 9500 block of Clay Rd. on Wednesday, Sept. 6th. As deputies attempted to arrest him, he fled. After a short foot chase, Waites was taken into custody without further incident.
In addition to the warrants for his arrest, Waites now faces new charges of evading arrest. This is the 32nd time Waites has been charged with a crime in Harris County since 2010. #constabletedheap #yourconstable
