13-Year-Old Arrested After Shooting ThreatDeputies from Constable Ted Heap's Office arrested a 13-year-old girl yesterday on felony charges of making a terroristic threat. The suspect allegedly threatened to shoot up her school, a charter school in Katy.Precinct 5 was notified after another student saw the threats made on a social media platform. The teen was arrested without incident yesterday morning. No weapons were found in her possession. She is facing third degree felony charges."In these times, schoolchildren of all ages need to know these threats will be taken seriously," said Constable Ted Heap.
