Katy Mills is the main mall in Katy, Texas developed by The Mills Corporation and now owned by Simon Property Group.

The mall opened in October 1999 and contains about 175 retail stores within about 1.3 million square feet mall space.

This mall is built on a single story only in a circular pattern, and one complete pass around the mall is approximately 1 mile long!

The center of the mall includes a large food court, a kids carousel, and a rock climbing wall and bouncy attraction.

The entire shopping mall is located within Fort Bend County, Texas, although a future anchor space and a small portion of the parking lot is located in neighboring Harris County.
