About You
You are a seasoned family law attorney with at least 5 years of experience, driven by a passion for advocacy and a commitment to excellence. You’re ready to elevate your career within a highly respected firm, bring or build your own book of business, and work on complex, high-impact cases.

What You’ll Do
Manage & grow your own book of business while working on the firm’s existing high-level caseload.
Oversee complex family law cases from client intake through final resolution (litigation, settlement, or ADR).
Draft, review, and organize discovery documents, conduct legal research, and represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
Support the firm’s robust ADR and Collaborative Divorce practice.
Actively participate in legal organizations, including Houston Young Lawyers, HBA-Family Law Section, and Inns of Court.
Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all client interactions.






Skills Required:
What You Bring
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Texas.
At least 5+ years of family law experience handling high-conflict and high-net-worth cases.
Exceptional drafting, research, and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict-resolution skills in emotionally charged situations.
A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work independently.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to last-minute changes.
