Enjoy a complimentary fitness class with Athleta Mud Flower Yoga Family Fun Night.

Suggested for children ages 6-13 with a parent.

The class will explore postures, breathing techniques, focus activities that will create a deeper connection and learn ways to cultivate joy, confidence, and compassion with your little ones. Class attendees will be entered in to win a Athleta Shop Card. Please bring a water bottle and your yoga mat.

The class will take place at Heritage Square, the area between Las Almedas and Dish Society.
